Object Highlighter

Description
If you keep losing sight of your pawn or you want to have something visible at all times you can use this to force a highlight effect (similar to when your cursor is over an object) to an object.
Can put a highlight on any (unstacked) object . Color is the same as the player that pressed the button.

The highlighting is removed when the is saved then reloaded.
