I get that playing legendary wouldn't be fun for many people as everyone has a different opinion. Many players might find the passive and slow playstyle used in legendary to be not fun, as well as dying many times. In my opinion, it is fun playing the game on different difficulty levels. I like to play the game on normal difficulty first to have a more casual first playthrough, and after learning the levels in the game and about the enemies, I know enough to face the challenge of playing on heroic or legendary difficulty.

You don't need to be lucky to have fun playing legendary. It is fun when you overcome enemies and stages in the game that you had to fight hard for (die a few times) in order to get through. No need to know what's happening every split second or use in-engine exploits/speedrun techniques. You need to be careful and not over-extend when playing legendary since most enemy fire is so lethal. Have to be aware to some degree of course. Gotta use cover and pick of enemies one by one.

eh? In my eyes, yes legendary can be "fun", but only if you really know what´s going on every damned split second, which the smallest amount of players actually do.

another way could be using in-engine exploits aka speedrun techniques, but not a lot of them are easy to do.

welp, in the end everyone has their own opinion.

lol doing the campaigns on legendary is a fun challange, but I'd say that LASO is not worth your time and isn't a fun challenge
