Easter Egg Hunter - Part 1
To unlock this achievement you have to find all the easter eggs hidden in the first part.
Remember: you have to do it in a single playthrough.

  1. The first easter egg will unlock by using the bagde on the tv in the apartment early in the game (when you confront Blowtorch).
  2. For the second easter egg you have to use the sigarettes on the fountain in the square near the HPD (this is a reference to "Smoke on the Water" - Deep Purple).
  3. For the third one you have to use the magnet on the sky of Miami when you are in the balcony of the HPD (this is a reference to Mulder & Scully from X Files).
  4. For the fourth easter egg you must refer to the Shadow Hunter's achievement.
  5. The fifth easter egg is a bit different from the previously ones. To unlock it, you have to solve the Bingo puzzle without finding the numbers (you have to remember the correct numbers to solve it).
  6. For the last easter egg you must refer to the Mysterious Scroll unwounded's achievement.
Mysterious Scroll unwounded
This achievement requires the deciphering of the unwounded scroll, present in the "extra" item of the main menu.

HOW TO DECIPHER THE TEXT:
Each paragraph (4 in total) hides inside a two-digit number, which can be obtained by analyzing the words of the text.

Paragraph 1: it says "East" and, since there is a compass at the bottom of the scroll, it is a clear reference to the number 90 (indeed present on the east side of the compass, towards the East);

Paragraph 2: it says "yesterday’s date" and, since the scroll is dated 12 (the date is at the top), the reference is to the number 11, the previous day;

Paragraph 3: it says "you are not lost in one of the ways from which there is no return", so it refers to the circle-like labyrinth present in the first paragraph. Just follow the only way with the exit and the right number will be the one at the end. In this case: 23;

Paragraph 4: it says "noon", so this is a reference to the number 12. Nothing could be simpler.

WHERE TO USE THE CODE:
The numbers must be used for the safe located in the Citlalicue ship.

P.S. this achievement is one of the easter eggs for the "Easter Egg Hunter - Part 1" achievement.
Don't fear the Reaper - Part 1

"Researcher" is wrong. I searched all those terms, and no achievement.

Thank you for the update! :)

@Darth Vader No problem. I figured it out. The Crossword achievement is obtained by searching for Edward Kelley in Alice's computer. Basically 4 optional achievements in that section: Crossword, Galan, That's Weird and Researcher. Thanks for the quick reply.

@Varot I don't remember where you get that achievement to be honest :(
Varot 3 May, 2024 @ 11:00am
In your guide, you mention that the Crossword achievement is story related and can't be missed. But I've finished the game and that is one of the achievements that I didn't get. Can anyone point out how to acquire that achievement or where it's obtained in the game? Thank you.
DocZ3R0 13 May, 2022 @ 11:55am

DocZ3R0 13 May, 2022 @ 4:19am
Oh i read the message from ZielonookaMo. I have to die in all 3 ways at the cliff? but what about the Avid reader Archivement?
DocZ3R0 13 May, 2022 @ 4:15am
Ok, something went wrong. I played the 2nd part 2 times. The 2nd in a playthrough. But i missed Don't fear the Reaper - Part 2. I died in all 6 ways. Archivement is missing. another Archivement is missing too. Avid reader – Part 2. I reed all 2 papers. No Archivement. But i got the easteregg archivement. So you can see it was a single playthrough.
ZielonookaMo 12 May, 2022 @ 12:25pm
Thanks for the guide!
If anyone has trouble getting "Don't fear the Reaper - Part 2" achievement (like I had) there are actually three ways to die on the cliff. The beast must kill Oliviero, then Lars, and then push Lars off the cliff.
