In your directory,
\Steam\SteamApps\common\Endless Space\EndlessSpace_Data\StreamingAssets\Movies

rename the files

AMPLITUDE Studios.mp4 Iceberg_Interactive_Intro_Animation_Dark.mp4

and in the directory,
\Steam\SteamApps\common\Endless Space\Public\Movies

rename the files

AMPLITUDE Studios.WMV Iceberg_Interactive_Intro_Animation_Dark.wmv
