First Black & White Triangle Shard

Starting at the large room where you bring all the yellow shards back, take a right into the next room.
Go immediately up from the entrance of that room, and go into the cave above you, into the S-shaped wind tunnel
In the lower left of the S, fly straight into the cliff, and you will be in a secret room with the shard.

Second Black & White Triangle Shard

Starting at the large room where you bring all the yellow shards back, take a left, and head back through the tutorial area to the starting point of the game
Go up into the cliffs to your left--there is a secret passage that leads to one of the main shrines of the game.
(Note: I found it easier to navigate the water portion of the tunnel by bringing a rock in here with me and holding onto it until I was through the water)
Once you're through the tunnel and into the main shrine/altar (for the yellow triangles), head straight up into the middle of the ceiling. You will be in a secret room containing the other Black & White Shard.

What to do with the black & white shards

There is a ruin/tunnel leading between the Fox Statue opening and the Stag Altar area. In the middle of this tunnel, on the bottom-most part of it, take a left straight into the wall. You'll be in a secret room with frog and bird statues.
Bring both shards into the secret room. You'll receive a powerup which pulls all objects toward you when doing your bird call.
