To get the game to go full screen: Just simply press Alt and Enter.
To get the controller to work: Untick compatibility by right clicking the .exe file of the game and then clicking 'properties' and then 'compatability' and then untick where it says 'run this game in combatibilty mode for'. And also turn on the steam overlay by right clicking on the game in your libary and clicking 'properties' and then clicking 'general' and then ticking where it says 'Enable the steam overlay while in game'
Also controller doesn't seem to work whether steam input is enabled or disabled..
I'm having the same issue right now and none of the screen options work for me :(

Lara seems to be "further" from the player than she should be. She also seems a bit too short. I've been struggling with this all day. Does anyone know how to fix this?
