Flowers -Le volume sur Automne-, the third game of Flowers series, contains 8 endings:
True End, Nerine End, Ringo End, Twins End, Bad End 1, Bad End 2, Bad End 3, Bad End 4.
Assuming all of you are familiar with the system of flowers: one choice being green (which makes the lily/yuri bloom) and the other being yellow (which has no effect on the lily/yuri)

Bad End 1, Bad End 2, Bad End 3, Bad End 4 are corresponding to the four mysteries in the game if you get any of the answers wrong. No Common Bad End in this game: as long as you get all mysteries right, it will not be Bad End (by Bad End I mean literal Bad End)

There will be two key choices that only appears after you complete True End:
#1 At the end of Chapter 5, a choice between "Ichigo" and "Yuzuriha"
#2 At the end of Chapter 6, a choice between "Ringo Sasaki" and "Nerine Komikado"
(I will refer two these two choices as #1 and #2 below)

True End:
Available in first playthrough. Choose enough green choices so the yuri blooms. Safe option is to choose all green choices.
If you completed True End and want to enter True End again, Choose "Yuzuriha" for #1, and "Nerine Komikado" for #2 (and choose enough green choices so the yuri blooms)

Nerine End:
Available in first playthrough. Choose enough yellow choices so the yuri does not bloom. Safe option is to choose all yellow choices.
If you completed True End first, Choose "Yuzuriha" for #1, and "Nerine Komikado" for #2 (and choose enough yellow choices so the yuri does not bloom)

Twins End:
Available only when you complete True End. Choose "Ichigo" for #1. Green/Yellow choices do not matter.

Ringo End:
Available only when you complete True End. Choose "Yuzuriha" for #1, choose "Ringo Sasaki" for #2. Green/Yellow choices do not matter.
