Series 1-201-2

This mod proposes the Soviet series 1-201-2 post-WW2 four-appartment design in a small variety of colors/textures.
It is suitable for villages/low-density urban zones, as it houses up to 12 adults only (80% quality). I tried to stay loyal to the initial architecture (with some liberties taken for practicality) so it doesn't include the usual modifications we see in Soviet apartments nowadays (covered balconies, walled terraces, etc).

It's the first mod I made from start to finish (from modeling to scripting), so I implore your leniency for the small mistakes I picked up along the way (and which became apparent only during texturing).

It's has 3 pedestrian connections, and no road access, or asphalt paving.

NB: It is my intent to model more designs from the 1-201 series, which all together should allow for lovely historically realistic district plans. However, the present one took me almost 2 months to finalize, so I can't make any prediction as to where the next ones will arrive.
