If you're like me, you get easily annoyed with frequent repetative noises while gaming. Unfortanately TL2 has a few of these that tend to limit my enjoyment of some classes, especially melee.

Every time you swing a weapon and another sound isn't played (for a specific skill) instead, your character screams and grunts...every time. This is not only unrealistic, but down right irritating.

This simple mod changes all classes' "effort" sound files to 1/10 the normal volume, bringing a much needed respite from the shouting.

General: Effort sound effects, various electric/shock effects.
Includes pets: Owl, Cat, Hawk, Wolf, Bulldog, Chakawary, Panther and Badger.
Includes monsters (and their respective pet forms): Trogladytes, Trolls, Crabs, Fiends (includes summoned shadow fiends)
Includes skills: Frost Wave, Gun Bot

Note: This should work for all custom classes as long as they use the original 4 soundbanks
