During the beta, your feedback and bug reports will be critical in helping us making Iron Conflict a better game. There are several channels through which you can do this:

• The forums on the official Iron Conflict website

This guide will walk you through what kind of feedback we’d like you to offer, as well as how to do it at each of those three locations.

When submitting feedback, it would be extremely helpful if you would submit screenshots. You can do this any way you want, but you may find that on Windows 10, the Alt+A shortcut is the most convenient. If you see a bug, take a screenshot of it and include it in your post when you tell us what you found.

It would also be extremely helpful if you would submit your Steam ID#. This would allow our team to pinpoint exactly how the bug occurred. You can look up your Steam ID# using this website: https://steamidfinder.com/.

Being descriptive is key to providing helpful reports and feedback. Another key element is being constructive. This is a beta test, and you’re guaranteed to encounter issues. Understand that the purpose of this test is to improve the game and make the game as good as it can be. This is why we’ve invited you to play the game! We value your input, and will take into consideration every player’s opinions and input.

The channels related specifically to the beta can be found by scrolling down the channel list on the left side of the window:



In the Beta FAQ channel, you can find a list of frequently asked questions relating to the beta. In the Beta Recruitment channel, you’ll find the form used to register for the beta. In the Clan Recruitment channel, you can chat with other Discord members about grouping up together.

The Beta Feedback channel is where you can submit bugs and feedback. Post a screenshot and SteamID when reporting bugs. Be as descriptive as you can if you’re simply providing more general feedback.

Check to make sure there isn’t a thread for the specific bug you’re trying to report. If there is, try to submit your report in that thread. If you can’t find one, feel free to start a new one by clicking this button on the right-side of the forum:
