Dota 2 but favorite abilities buffed, RELOADED

It's literally exactly the same as the other one, so I guess reloaded isn't the best description, but this time I used Baumi's suggested template to fix passive gold and allow for gold multipliers.

Hopefully playable now?

Every hero has 1 (or rarely 2) abilities changed. There's also a rare talent change for some heros. A couple items are buffed, as are some neutral creeps (to make Devour/Helm strategies better) and towers.

The changes aren't always strictly better, but they usually are better overall.



Below are some examples, so don't look if you don't want spoilers.
Naga Siren's illusions do more damage, take less damage, and you create more of them at later levels.
Jakiro's Ultimate has a HUGE range, does more damage, but has a much shorter duration.
Omniknight's Repel gives better regen and much more status resistance.

And so on.
