To achieve "Rebel!" play as a female. Playing as male does not give the option to rebel.

It's Silence is the one you have to pick. Just went through again.
What a strange game, haha.

Yes, Follow Togo's idea if Open Book glitches. On the very last card, when you hover a card over the center, it will have a name. Instead of choosing another rebellion, choose the one that says Baeli (I think it may be compassion; not sure.)

For those having issues with the achievements, do what Mercury said. It fixed achievements for me :)

For those also having problems with an "An Open Book", try following the "Now We Are Free" path and for the last card just pick to be bought by Baeli instead of attacking, or at least that worked for me.
