To install the launcher click here[github.com]. scroll down until you find "Release 2.0.4.1". Don't bother with the hotfixes. they download automatically. Once its installed extract and run it. your computer may flag it as a virus but that's only because of the way it modifies the game files. To allow it click on the virus alert and then click on the virus, go down to "allow on device" and click start actions. Once you got it running go over to the band aid icon and click on it. in the center should be another band aid. click on it. now gorn is able to run mods

You're going to need an account on discord for this. Click here[discord.gg] to go to the discord server. once you join go down to the downloadable mods section go to any of the sub sections and download the ones you want. weapon mods are special however and I'll cover them in the next section. once you've installed the mods you want its time to add them to the game. go to the box icon in the meme loader and simply click and drag the zip files into the folder. you'll get a prompt asking if you want to install them. click yes. once they're installed you can enable/disable them and toggle there loading order so if 2 mods conflict it'll pick your preference.

Weapon mods are special. Most of them (excluding the Energy Carbine) need Memes weapon extender[discordapp.com]. once you download that put it into the location where you put the other mods. Click on the title for it and then click the folder icon. Click on custom weapons and then put the weapon files in there. DO NOT put the zip file. put the folder inside the zip folder. if you did everything correct your weapons should load in when you lauch the game.
