Depression Planet

Description
Adds a depressing Greyscale planet to the game. The entire surface of the planet is depressing and void of color except some random structures built by travellers who wanted to spruce the place up.

Being on the planet will give you depression, which can only be cured by leaving the planet far far behind.

There is no special loot to find here, there is no benefit to coming. This is a place for those of us who failed as a Protectorate to spend our last remaining days in isolation and depression.

crewmemberbestfriend if you are trying to spawn one in. they naturally occur a little more rare than the warrior types, but more commonly than the alchemist types

what about having the planet have lakes of "liquid sadness" that does damage to you

Also made some changes to the generation. The weather should always be stormy on new greyscale planets, the terrain should be flatter than it previously was also. I'm thinking about removing the random monster spawn also, to make it feel more desolate and depressing.

Depression lowers your energy and stops energy regen ( if its working properly, Im usually in admin mode for testing )

There is no EPP upgrade, there is a new crew member type called Best Friend that you can get who will cancel the effect and improve your energy regen.
