Description

Re-uploading this mod as the old one is impossible to update as I have lost the mod and descriptor files, and I plan to update it by adding more sounds and a video to the workshop page.

Basically it adds the borg adviser to Stellaris from Star Trek Armada II. Covers most of the needed voice lines and some fluff.

Credits goes to Rockstar New England and Activision|Blizzard for the source material.
