Introduction of Pain
Introduction
Peat, The Dogged Maniac. A character so powerful people fear him unless you are Marc, that is. Just kidding, he ain't feared. People think he is a joke yet most players who play him has super high win streaks, I wonder why. Peat is that one character in a show that can never die even though he was literally shown how he died and he is also always the anime's rival to the protagonist that is actually quite powerful but gets easily defeated by the "POWER OF FRIENDSHIP". All in all, Peat is a very good All-Rounder character, which in the right hands can slaughter everyone on the field without pressure. He can easily be picked up in the shop for a measly amount of stars when you begin your online journey which makes him devastatingly too easy to use. That said, he is often mistaken as a glass cannon, no he is not. You can ask any "professional" 100OJ player and he is said to be way powerful in the right hands (Even more than Kai). Even if he looks like he has low HP Stats similar to poor Nanako, he has a very low recovery roll making him somewhat zombie-like, literally one rolling (one-upping) himself just after he got killed by an 8+ Attack from a +2 Attacker. His Hyper Blue Crow The Second can diminish everything, literally if a player or CPU makes a mistake and rolls in a low defence or evade or used a wrong card for the wrong situation. It can also help you in defensive situations if someone decides a sneaky high-level attack on you. (If you have a decent amount of your HP).

You would probably play Peat:

- Like having an All-Rounder Character.
- Like winning fast and dying fast.
- Like getting alive fast.
- Like getting into fights or star steals every time.

- Being a Gentleman or a Full-on Psychopathic Masochist.
- Like playing like a "Tactician" or "General of an army" playstyle.

- Dislike Kai
- Being a way better harem protagonist

Pros
- Great Stats, Awesome for any situations.
- Powerful Hyper that can turn tides to your favour, useful in stacking and releasing it onto attacks and defence.
- Good attack, good dodge and good defence making everything a laugh.
- Low recovery rolls, giving quick revives possible.

Cons
- Very low hp that needs to be attentively kept an eye on.
- Easily countered by an RAF/ Reverse Attribute Field (More on this, later)
- Easily chipped off by negative board events or traps. (More on this, later)
- Hyper's reliance on hand size hinders the usage of other useful cards
His Unit Card

Peat's main advantage is his all-rounder stat and his low recovery rolls making him an awesome killer and a defender at most. His low recovery rolls make him easier to recover from death, maybe also giving him an advantage from time to time. (A low health player passes by him while he just recently rolled alive). The +1 stats can be useful in any situation, making it quite hard for people to kill him, especially if he has access to cards such as RBits, Rainbow-Circle or even his Hyper Blue Crow The Second. Blocking is always recommended when you have full health or 2 health. Evade is solely used if you believe you can roll away alive in a high or medium attack (~ 3-6). His low recovery rolls could be made use with stacks of Extend or even just plain rolling.
Hyper of Slaugther

Type: Battle
Level Requirement: 2
Cost: 10 stars

Effect: Can be used during battle, whether attacking or defending.
Stacks on the number of cards you hold on your hand, and +1 Attack and Defense.

Blue Crow the 2nd makes you a killing machine or a bastion depending on the situations you face in a roll or die scenario. Blue Crow The 2nd stacks the amount of cards you currently hold in your hand and gives a one-up in your attacks and defence, even if you reach the hands' amount limit, it will still stack up regardless. +9 stats are possible, maybe even more with the correct timing and phase without the Discarding Phase, disturbing you. Playing this card during attack or defence will still buff up both stats. The only weakness to the Hyper is RAF also known as Reverse Attribute Field which is now not normally played as it stands as a sucky CC card. The buff lasts as long as your battle exist and that's it.

Blue Crow the 2nd has no downsides as of now as it is really cheap to use and its level requirement is quite low as well. The only thing you may watch out is to not accidentally press your evade button as it gets negatively stacked on the number of cards you hold when using the hyper.

Phases of the Games
"Phases, since when do I need phases Cracky?! This isn't Flying Red Barrel!" - Peat

Calm your pie hole, Yes, Peat is right. Peat's all-rounder playstyle makes him play any way he wants. You can either be a greedy star stealer or a psycho killing maniac machine, it is your choice how you want to play him. But I will post here the playstyle most "professionals" play him.

Starting Phase
Aim for bonus star panels, unless you are confident with your fighting skills, you can aim for player killings, considering the map is small and easier to reach to someone making an easy 3-star norma possible. If you have tons of tanks, don't need to panic. Just try drawing tons of cards and possibly a number of hypers if you please. You could also just chip off the tanks and also gain your stars/cards if they are standing on one.

Norma 2-3
Congrats, you have now access to most CC and Battle cards, and most importantly your Hyper, they can give a great amount of help if you like killing people that you immediately encounter. You died, congrats, you can roll alive again, you don't give a flying pig.

Norma 3-5
Woah, you manage to get this far, congrats, you can now have access to powerful late-game tide turner cards such as Guardian Angel. With Guardian Angel, Everyone regardless of base hp will reduce to only 1hp, making it easier for you to finish them off with or without hyper.

The Boss
The boss? Who the crap is the boss? You are. You also don't give a flying pig to this chaps. You have hyper, possibly be able to one-shot it dead. You died, who cares, roll back alive again. Rinse and repeat, till satisfied.

Once you done this all, YOU WIN!
WOW INCREDIBLE!
Deckbuilding
"Deckbuilding? I have no time for that! I got a bloody bounty to complete!~" - Peat

Ok then, mate, calm the crap down. We're here to help the new pilots not you, alright. Just listen to me, there is no specific build to make Peat powerful but there are some cards that could give you an advantage or a disadvantage.

Ranking goes by letters (Thanks Tekkahedron).

Listen up pilots, as usual S is being super powerful to F being utterly dog crap. Hey, you know what, every card actually works in his favour, HAHAHAAHAH.
S Ranking Cards, Cream of the Crop.

Extend makes you live another day in the skies, able to bring you back alive once you died. You don't fear death, you live it.

Saki's Cookies. Great, she likes you now. Killer personality loves Killer Personality, right? 1 hp, great now you are 2 hp, another day, another dawn, the defence is your greatest tool, it greats a better offence. 2 hp and now 3 hp, awesome, you are now officially a cleric or better, a god! But all in all, this card is way better and cheaper than Pudding, which is way better, FOR HIGHER BASE HP CHARACTERS.

One sentence, "SAYONARA DOGCRAP!" No seriously, this card is powerful in Peat's hands (including Star Breaker). If everyone is nearby Peat, he can chip them off to death if he only sustains little to no damage.
A Rank Cards, Ehh, This could help.

An advantage if you want to show them you have the high ground. Note, it doesn't work all the time, I prefer using base +1. You could get a rare occasion 8 rolls with this card.

Be a corrupted bastard, steal those hearts and stars, tell them you don't want to kill them but chip them off their stars, cause' you are making an excuse of upgrading Blue Crow.

You sure, this is a party? Or more like a Harem Divorcio. See them run away like a bunch of ants, squish them where they stand. Make it better, Use Sealed Guardian. Make them scream and squeal like a bunch of death fearing peasants.

You want your girl, alright then. RUN TO HER and swoon her off her stand, unless they're already floating. You hate a certain person and want to kill them, you know the drill GAS GAS GAS, waste all of your MOTOR OIL! You want to grab a new jacket from your home, RUN! (If you love Alicianrone, this is the card for you. Head-on, apply directly to the 4head.)

Want to chip someone off by playing a risk or die situation, simple. A war is coming, a little war. Fight me till you die. I dare you, You may struggle or you may stand your ground. Use this card if you like annoying the hell out of low attackers or rollers.

Good for annoying your Fernet or Kyoko Off, any tanker may face their fate, death.

Damn, I didn't know Peat was a Suguri Lover

CHIP CHIP CHIP! Chip your enemies down and finish them off with a stupid smile in your face.
Wait, Why no C-E?
Simple, all those cards are pretty good depending on your playstyle, use it to troll or use it to kill someone or steal hearts and gold. I don't bother. It's your free will. It's your skies!

Now, let's get to the F Ranking Cards.

"OH CRAP!~ NO PLEASE DON'T!" -Peat

Oh shut up, quit whining.
F Ranking Cards

"Seriously, only one card?" - You guys
Yes.

Are you really sure you want to mess up your own tide turn by removing your own cards and giving them to others instead?

Note: Only use it if you only have this card, or else, you mess up your own plays. Discretion is advised.
F Ranking Cards (The Return)

"BRUH WTF!? STOP WASTING A PAGE WITH ONE CARD!" - You Guys

Chill out, this is part two, Aru's Revenge. This card just like scrambled eve can mess up your own plays. Only use it if you only have this card or have other random cards which you distaste or dislike. Never use it with a hyper in your hand.
Conclusion
Be yourself. Anyone can be cool, but awesome takes practice...Find your love life and make good use of opportunities, go fly high in the skies comrades. Happy dogfighting, Lads and lasses!

Have something to say or exchange with, Let me know, don't be shy, I won't bite.
