Traveling Merchant
Adds a Traveling Merchant who offers several kinds of items. Such as Crafting ingredients, monster materials, magical essences, gems and tools.
He can be found in four different locations in Rivellon.

• Fort Joy: Arena.
• Reaper’s Coast: In Driftwood next to the tavern.
• Nameless Isle: Beach area.
• Arx: Outskirts close to the bench saw.

WARNING!
When you start a trade with the Merchant it can load slowly due to the large amount of items.

Referencing the long load time for the vendor's window, I wonder if it's possible to make the vendor only have 1 of an item initially, but set a way for us to input how many of the item to purchase. I for one would love to just click an item, type 100, then pay the price rather than buy a small stack, exit with instant refresh mod active, then go buy another small stack, rinse repeat ad noseum.

side note: If you kill the trader for his loot...he won't respawn. I tested that idea after I did a file save. And yes, you can also pickpocket him too.

Got it to work. Wasn't showing up in the load order, I should have clarified that, my bad. Ended up just copying it from the steamapps>workshop folder,
over to Documents>Larian Studios>Div>Mods
