Craghill Moors
At checkpoint 4, you'll find a spinning structure. Stand on the right platform and place a cube on the left platform. Jump to the top part of this spinning structure and then to the platform to the left for this letter.
The Thorny Head Maze
You'll want to start at checkpoint 13. When you reach the gate with the prince, smash the planks and carry the cube. Take it with you past the fight in the bird cage and to the edge of the platform before a pit. Place it at the edge of this platform. Conjure a cube and stick it in the spikes to the right. Zoya will have to craft a rope bridge between the two to enter a secret area above and to the right. Conjure a cube onto the tilting platform and climb on it and to the solid platform to the upper left. Destroy the cube and quickly freeze the tilting platform while it's at a 45 degree angle. Conjure a cube onto the frozen platform and climb up to the top for this letter.
Heatherwood Hall
Start in checkpoint 13. Fight all the enemies in this combat sequence. You'll see the letter in the far upper left corner. You can come back here when you can conjured multiple objects to climb up there easily. You could get it on your first playthrough but it'll probably take a few tries. Freeze the upper left leaf so it won't sag. Place a cube on the far left edge of this leaf and quickly jump from it to the platform with this letter.
The Prince's Dream
Start on checkpoint 8. Move the bookshelf ahead to open the path. You want to swing on the hook at the top of this room and enter a hidden room in the top left corner. Shoot an ice arrow at the left switch. Levitate the box on the middle switch and let go. It'll keep going up and down between portals, hitting the middle cube every time it makes its rounds again. Conjure a cube and hold it on the right switch. Wait for the middle switch to be pressed to open the door ahead for a room with this letter.
Moonlit Forests
Start on checkpoint 11. You want to break the boxes and pull open the hatch under the boxes. Freeze it with an ice arrow while it's open. Conjure a ball to drop into the pit and stand on the piece of stone above the three upgrade XP below. Ride this platform up. Conjure a cube on the left side of this platform and hook the wall to the right. Pull it to the left and attach it to the cube. Climb up these platforms for this letter.
The Badgerborough
Start on checkpoint 3 and kill the enemies in this room. You'll see a platform above slide to the left above. Pull it back to the right and hook it to the moving platform to the right. Climb up the rope bridge you just created, the letter is at the end of this path.
Goldleaf Garden
Start on checkpoint 7 and head to the right. At the beam of light where you need to use your dream shield, you need to grow the plant. Look just above the plant as it grows, it'll break away a small section of the wall. If Amadeus conjures two cubes and stacks them on top of each other, you can climb up here for a hidden area with this letter.
Firwood Water
Start on checkpoint 14. Place a wooden plank on the platform with the tree at the start of this checkpoint and have it aim to the upper right. You'll see another platform up here. Place another plank up there and connect the two with a rope bridge. Climb up for this letter.
The Crackling Mire
Start on checkpoint 9. You'll see a hook on the right wall. Connect a conjured cube to it to make a rope bridge to climb up. Keep climbing up to the top of this tree using rope bridges. You'll have to connect a cube to a spike wall halfway up but just keep working your way up via rope bridges. The letter will be at the top of this tree.
The Blueberry Forest
This is at the end of the beginning of level section before the first checkpoint. You'll have to move a platform on tracks to the left to open a door. Freeze the platform in the left most position. Place a conjured cube to the right and form a rope bridge to the frozen platform. Climb onto the structure to the right for this letter.
The Gossamer Grove
Start on checkpoint 3 and ride the two air flowers up. At the second air flower, conjure a cube and place it on the air flow. You want to jump across the leaves to the left to get this letter.
Snow-Topped Heights
Start on checkpoint 14. Once you get past the door, you'll see a crystal ceiling above. Make a ramp by leaning a plank on a cube and conjure a ball to charge into it. Climb up here for this letter.
The Nightmare Academy
Start on checkpoint 8]. After you get past the portal puzzle, you'll see a magnetic field on the ceiling. Place two conjured cubes on it to lower the ceiling and reveal a hidden room with this letter. You have to stack two conjured balls in the pink mist with a fairy rope connecting the two. Move the lower ball as far right as you can in the pink mist and jump on the higher ball. Shoot the fire switch to your upper left to move across the mist and climb up the platforms for this letter.

i had not found all the letters in melody of mystery and why is there no letter in haunted tombs?
