中国银行上海分行早先是使用汉口路3号原户部银行行址办公，1923年迁至仁记路（今滇池路）22号原德国总会大楼内办公。这是一幢三层楼的巴洛克式建筑，由德国在沪侨民集资建于1908年，砖木结构，由倍高洋行设计，楼顶由南北两个不同形状的巴洛克式塔楼，中间屋面上有山墙。二、三层有内阳台，门窗为券式。从1908年到1917年的十年间，他是在沪德国侨民娱乐、聚会的场所。
The Bank of China Shanghai branch used to use the original bank address of No. 3 Hankou Road, and moved to the former German General Assembly Building at No. 22 Renji Road (now Dianchi Road) in 1923.
