Change default CSS AWP status into Barrett M99 status. One shot .50BMG sniper.

-.Deals incredible damage (1500 def 115)
-.Good recoil
-.Good accuracy
-.One shot then reload (Instant reload and the speed is 1.5s, def was around 3s)
-.Very long range (15000 def 8192)
-.Massive penetration
-.Buildrighthand is on, so left hand bug is fixed
-.Added L4D1 survivors hand

Don't ask me why it fast and OP. Deal with it since this sniper is strong and one shot only

this is a great script, the only problem was it was making the animation left hand instead the normal right hand.
