"In case anyone is wondering why I choose a rather complicated stock hinge mechanism instead of DLC ones:

DLC hinges alone are way too "soft" to be useful on even high-subsonic craft, let alone hypersonic SSTOs.
DLC hinges + docking ports is feasible and more user-friendly (one-button open/close), like shown here, but not without problems.
The hinge itself is pretty draggy, and on this design the drag can't be shielded by the fairing. The original craft is a "just enough" design, it accelerates much slower and has less dV on orbit with this extra drag, so I decide not to publish this variant.
If you have DLC and manage to counter this extra drag, I would recommend this as a more comfortable method for such a tail door."

The fairing behavior as of KSP 1.10.1 is indeed tricky. I tried to explain how to make this in the video on the craft page, hopefully it helps. Also hope Squad can improve the fairing mechanism with upcoming updates - there are quite a few issues related to fairings in the bug tracker, some of them are confirmed and work in progress (including one posted by me XD)

Hello! I wanted to ask what is the name of this plumber. and it's about mod'

It’s effectively a helicopter, I double stacked the rotor blades to make it look smaller. Controls were/are terrible I had over 40 tonnes of SAS wheels in it for most of the testing, now the propulsion propellors in the back can swivel to pitch or roll the blimp. The servos are a lot stronger than the hinges too and might be strong enough for the Tempest.

That's a nice looking blimp! How does it hover?
I may also build a smaller blimp for myself, they are so cute

I've seen this every time I loaded up steam for the past few days. I had to make one for myself. While testing out the farings I realized they looked an awful lot like a blimp, and so I made a blimp instead. https://imgur.com/a/wQqf0IK It took a few hours of testing to the it to fly right, normally blimps are lighter than air, this is one 130 tonnes.
