1.go to steam menu in-game (shift+tab)
2.Select Workshop
3.Go to a add-on that you like / search for an add-on

1.Run Garry's Mod
2.wait for it to load
3.Open the Add-ons menu
4.Click WORKSHOP
5.Search or pick something you like.
