[WOTC] Guaranteed Interchangeable Upgrades/PCS Addon

Description
OVERVIEW
This mod is meant to be used with Guaranteed Interchangeable Upgrades/PCS Research.

The original mod adds two guaranteed research projects to unlock the desired effects but it doesn't remove the redundant vanilla Breakthroughs.

This mod simply disables the following vanilla Breakthroughs:
  • Interchangeable Upgrades
  • Adaptive Personal Combat Sims

Also, if you are installing this mod mid campaign and already have one of the vanilla Breakthroughs active, the corresponding new Breakthrough will be disabled.

COMPATIBILITY
This mod should be compatible with any mod and it is safe to add mid campaign.

This didn't pop up for me after modular weapons

Thank you immensely modding friend! My particular combination of many mods seem to generate a "mod bug" that would prevent this incredibly crucial research from appearing until late game, or practically not at all. OR sometimes I'd get it second research refresh! Incredibly annoying as it would often not appear in really sold excellent starts/campaigns. You fixed all that...thank you...again.:steamthumbsup:

Just finished a campaign with about 280 mods, this one included, and had no major issues! Thanks for putting this up.

The one for weapon upgrade appeared earlier on for me but I didnt take a screenshot.

@Charchu I just checked the research projects from the original mod and nothing happens if you do the vanilla Breakthroughs. So the new Breakthrough would stay in the research list until you decide to research it (redundant).

I could add a fix for people who have already researched the vanilla Breakthroughs in their game.. it would disable the new Breakthroughs ONLY if the vanilla Breakthroughs are already researched.
