Forward Arm & Refuel Point (NATO)

Beskrivelse
A Forward Arm & Refuel Point, or FARP, is a mobile outpost that can resupply and refuel helicopters or VTOL aircraft. Due to their mobility, they are less susceptible to enemy aerial or artillery threats.

This variant is NATO's version of a FARP in their Mediterranean Sand color scheme.

@turfy it isn't out yet officially, it is on the dev branch release candidate.

hey, how did you get this to work? every time i go into my custom comp tab in editor, no matter what comp i select the little "steam logo" button to publish it never lights up so isn't clickable. any suggestions?
