This is an AI setting. Meaning you can force the bots to drive those cars in custom events. its not unlocking cars or adding them to your garage.

Could be possible, probably when the cars spawn to close to each other. Especially since those are big vehicles

More like the vehicle pack that the AI will be driving. a Setting forces bots to those specific listed vehicles, the player can drive whatever he/she wants to.

i need that AI pack which include those small cars such as that toilet,bumper car,sofa car,rc car,lawn mover
