Theodora leads Byzantium as an alternate leader for Basil II.

Leader Trait:

Arcana Historia: Cities practicing a Religion generate +1 Amenity and +4 Food. Theodora can also build the Barbarian Horse Archers, as Foederati. Theodora can build the Metanoia, a Unique Improvement.

Unique Improvement: Metanoia: Political Philosophy unlocks the Builder ability to construct a Metanoia, Unique Improvement of Theodora.It can not be adjacent to another Metanoia and must be built on the Coast.It grants +1 Housing. +2 Faith and +1 additional Faith if adjacent to a Holy Site. It also grants +2 Gold and +5 Loyalty.

Agenda:

Protection of monophysites: Try to generate as much faith as possible, and likes civilizations that have already adopted her religion.
