Step 1

Go to the steam library.
Right click on click on on Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus.
Click on Properties.

Step 2

Click on local files.
Click on browse local files.

Step 3

Right click on NewColossus_x64vk.

Step 4

Click on compatibility section.
On the bottom, click on both Change high DPI settings and Change setting for all users.
Check the box for both sections that says Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by:
If application doesn't work, change to system and that should work.

Step 5

Launch game and graphics should be fixed.
If not fixed, go to options and video.
Change resolution dsiplay from [4:3] to [16:9] and then settings to 1920x1080 or other desired settings.

Yes. This does fix the crash dump message.

Thanks for making the guide, but you should indicate what exact problem it addresses, instead of just using the word graphics problem.
