How to get the legendary hero requests so you don't ruin your game because the devs made horrible design decisions...

The Basic Rule
The main thing to focus on in this game is getting every hero in an area to their max level. If you do this, you shouldn't be able to miss anything. Considering when you move to a new location you leave behind those heroes, they are missable, and some things in the game are tied to them. This is an infuriating game development decision, and has made me hate the game.
So the rule is...
LEVEL ALL YOUR HEROES TO MAX BEFORE MOVING
Legendary Hero Requirements
The wiki just says that you need to progress in the story and get more fame in order to unlock more legendary hero requests. This is absolutely false, as said by one of the devs on their discord. This actually ruined my whole game, and I had to start from scratch after winning and play the whole game over again. Yes, I am salty. I am a giant pillar of bitter salt. I'm just a big ol' bowl of Campbell's soup up in here. Here are some additional requirements to be aware of:

I Put On My Sword And Special Belt
Complete Kamen Tater's Request
- Get 12 heroes max level in Region 1

Yummy Rum In My Tum
Complete Johnny Sparrow's Request
- Get illusionist Ken Eusee to Level 100 (Elf Forest)

Love Wins
Complete Wolverinnie's Request
- Get 12 heroes max level in Region 2

She's My What?!
Complete Luke Spudwalker's Request
- Get 16 heroes max level in Region 3
I Hate This Game
Through bad design decisions mixed with monotonous gameplay and excessive grind, in addition to lose 7 hours grinding fame which was pointless, and having to restart the game from the beginning and play the whole stupid thing over again. I am the definition of salt. I hate this game.

That's not horrible design, that's entirely fair. They're not necessary to complete the game, they're optional content. You know, like some kind of - what's the word ... Some kind of secret content. The kind of thing you might need to explore to find.

Playing the game twice makes me lazy? Or not wanting to play the game twice makes me lazy?
And how does not wanting to waste time make me lazy? I'm playing games for recreation, and this game is not good enough to have any replay value. How is it lazy to want to be efficient with your time, and not waste it on poor games?

playing a game twice doesn't make you salty in any way it makes you lazy

I think you are the butter that the vikings ate, which if you did not know was about 10 times as salty as butter today.

Very much yes. It's idiotic to create a game where you can permanently miss out on things, they don't give you any notification that this can happen, and you have to restart the entire game to get it. Yup, super salty. I am McDonalds fries. I am Campbell's soup.
