• Most of the collectibles and achievements are story related so don't worry about them.
  
• I divided this guide into days so you can collect and achieve everything in one playthrough. Also, everything is in chronological order.
  
• In Pack Rat achievement you have to find 12 items. I described this achievement as 1.x (where x is number of each finded item).

• Większość znajdziek oraz osiągnięć jest związana z historią, więc na dobrą sprawę - nie ma się o co martwić.
  
• Podzieliłem poradnik na dni, tak by było łatwo zdobyć wszystkie przednioty i osiągnięcia podczas jednego przejścia gry. A także: poukładałem wszystko chronologicznie.
  
• W osiągnięciu Pack Rat, trzeba znaleźć 12 przedmiotów. Opisałem to osiągnięcie jako 1.x (gdzie x jest numerem przedmiotu, który znajdujemy).

1.1 - Management Key - it can be found on the desk in "my" room in the Master Suite. (Story related)
1.2 - Strange telephone - after you take the keys and get out of the room, the telephone will start ringing. Go back and take it. (Story related)

2. - ""Nice" to meet you" - you will get this during or after answering the phone call. (Story related)

1.3 - Bean soup - you have to take it from the Fridge on the main floor. (Story related)

3. - "Freeze to death" - after taking bean soup just try to get out of The Fridge. (Story related)

1.4 - Polaroid - after you leave "my" room, turn left and you will find a Polaroid in a box. Tak it. (Missable)

1.5 - Flashlight - you can find it when you will be in the storage room in staff only area on the first floor. Take it before you go by the crawlspace door. (I think that this is story related)

1.6 - Lipstick - you will find it on the desk in the Electric Room. (Story related)

4. - "Is she really dead?" - Complete day 4. (Story related)

5. - "Spicy" - You have to do this before you go for a screwdriver! Go to the women's restroom on the Main Floor. Go to it through the Fireplace Room. And, just in case, leave Master Suite after the conversation ends. (Missable)

1.7 - Screwdriver - it's in the same room where you found lipstick. Just above the table. (Story related)

6. - "Screwdriver" - Find the screwdriver. (Story related)



1.8 - Parabolic microphone - it's on the left side of the door in room 117. (Missable)

7. - "Cutepie" - At the very beginning of day 7, go and interact with the Christmas tree. Then wait till the conversation ends, before leaving the room. (Missable)


8. - "Ghost Hunters" - Just after the end of the phone conversation, take the parabolic microphone (that you had found in the previous day) and holding the right mouse button go to the second floor, and wander there around. Try to follow the noises, but don't leave the second floor until you get the achievement. (Missable)

9. - "Someone was here" - Access the secret room. (Story related)



1.9 - Music box key - under the lamp between pony and bed. (Story related)


1.10 - Small medal - in the music box (Story related)

1.11 - Car keys - they can be found on the chessboard in the attic. (Story related)

1.12 - Blanket - In VW's trunk (in the Garage). (Story related)



10. - "Alone" - Complete day 9.(Story related)

11. - "All together, again" - Finish the game. (Story related)

1.1 - Management Key - znajdziesz go w "moim" pokoju w Master Suite. (Nie do pominięcia)
1.2 - Strange telephone - po znalezieniu kluczy i wyjściu z pokoju telefon zacznie dzwonić. Wróć i odbierz go. (Nie do pominięcia)

2. - ""Nice" to meet you" - dostaniesz to osiągnięcie podczas albo na koniec rozmowy telefonicznej.(Nie do pominięcia)

1.3 - Bean soup - puszkę znajdziesz w Fridge na Main Floor. (Nie do pominięcia)

3. - "Freeze to death" - po podniesieniu puszki z zupą, spróbuj wyjść z Fridge. (Nie do pominięcia)

1.4 - Polaroid - po wyjściu z "mojego" pokoju, skręć w lewo i na kartonach znajdziesz aparat Polaroid. Weź go. (Pomijalny)

1.5 - Flashlight - znajdziesz ją w storage room w obszarze staff only na pierwszym piętrze. Weź ją zamin otworzysz drzwi do tuneli serwisowych. (Wydaje mi się, że jest to niepomijalne)

1.6 - Lipstick - znajdziesz ją na biurku w Electric Room. (Nie do pominięcia)

4. - "Is she really dead?" - Ukończ dzień 4. (Nie do pominięcia)

5. - "Spicy" - Musisz zrobić to przed znalezieniem śrubokrętu! Idź do damskiej toalety na parterze (Main Floor). Przejdź tam przez Fireplace Room. I na wszelki wypadek: nie wychodź z Master Suite do czasu aż rozmowa telefoniczna się nie skończy. (Pomijalny)

1.7 - Screwdriver - jest nad biurkiem, w tym samym pokoju co szminka. (Nie do pominięcia)

6. - "Screwdriver" - znajdź śrubokręt. (Story related)



1.8 - Parabolic microphone - jest po lewej stronie od drzwi wejściowych w pokoju 117. (Missable)

7. - "Cutepie" - na samym początku dnia 7, wejdź w interakcję z choinką. Czekaj w pokoju do samego końca rozmowy telefonicznej. (Pomijalne)


8. - "Ghost Hunters" - zaraz po skończeniu rozmowy telefonicznej, weź mikrofon (ten, który poprzednego dnia był w pokoju 117) i trzymając prawy przycisk myszy idź na drugie piętro. Pokręć się tam jakiś czas. Najlepiej staraj się podążać za głosami, jednak nie schodź z drugiego piętra do czasu aż dostaniesz osiągnięcie. (Pomijalne)

9. - "Someone was here" - Wejdź do sekretnego pokoju. (Nie do pominięcia)



1.9 - Music box key - pod lampą, pomiędzy kucykiem a łóżkiem. (Nie do pominięcia)
