Small Recycling Center. Very Low polution, so it can be placed inside the community without poluting the whole neighboorhood. Spawns 10 garbage trucks. Very efficient, so it produces more raw materials.

Loading Screen Mod says i am missing the prop "Vent prop 3 - Medium chimney/vent" for your asset. You may want to list this prop in this workshoppage.
