Whitman County is the largest producer of Lentils in the world. Every year in Pullman the Chamber of Commerce holds a celebration honoring our beloved lentils. You can find every lentil themed dish if you look hard enough, including lentil ice cream. During this festival the P&L route through Pullman effectively becomes a walking path. You'll be avoiding that, and instead be operating a Westbound grain train on the UP Moscow Branch. Starting in Moscow you'll gather some cars from downtown and head West to Pullman.

Fairly easy - be careful switching on the spurs downtown. 50 Minutes
