I tested this out and I do like it but it just needs a little refinement. Great work thus far!

Good looking even with the plain rooftop. You could try some watercolor-like brushes in PS, a few crack layers from texture collection sites and you got yourself a nice 128x256p roof texture/tile.

Albeit I'm commenting because the building center is offset to the back. =)

Thank you. @barcasam7 I agree, I am not very creative regarding the roofs, usually, I make them flat so people can decorate them with vents or air ducts and so on, however they please. Not sure if it would be better to add them myself in Blender.

This is amazing! If I had to say one thing you could improve it's your roof texture, could just with just a bit more detail considering most of the time we play the game looking over roofs :D. Other than, great job.
