Description
Small mod that gives Naturalists the ability to traverse mountain tiles, enabling them to create 4-tile all mountain national parks.

So after some testing it turns out this mod will PREVENT all units from using mountain tunnels (And I assume qhapaq ñan). I haven't found a way of fixing this without basically causing more problems. So I am going to leave the mod as is.

Also note that currently ski resorts are not possible

I wonder if it’s possible to add that capacity to builders and great person.
I’m using a mod that let you put wonders on mountains, but then, units that could speed the process can’t because they can’t go there ^^ It’s a tiny detail though, but if it was easy to implement I’d like to know how !

Otherwise there's the affect save game 0 line you can't put in the mod info file that might work

Grind, probably open up the mod files, delete everything in the mod info file and then load the save with the empty mod enabled

I didn't realize this mod was sabatoging my inca games. Any way to extract the effects of this mod from a save?

I did try to have naturalists make national parks with 1 radius, same as a worker creating a ski resort, but it didn't work. Otherwise that would have been my preference.

Hi ! I would love to use your mod but i can't take the mountain tunnels off, too important strategically for me. I'm wondering :
- do you think there is a way to code that naturalist can create a park at distance, radius 1 ?

So to update on the mountain tunnel issue......

The mod works by
1) Modifying mountain terrain so that it is passable for all units (This is necessary because of some hard code I can't mod)
2) Adding an ability to all not naturalist units that then makes mountain terrain impassable for them. Result of steps 1 and 2 are that naturalists are the only unit that can move onto mountain tiles. This step is also what prevents units from using mountain tunnels.

The only solution I have is
2a) The ability that prevents mountain tile passage does not apply if a unit is adjacent to a mountain tunnel
This has the problem of units being able to use (other) mountain tiles that are adjacent to both the unit itself and a tile with a mountain tunnel. I don't want the AI getting messed up by this. There is also potential for combat weirdness. So in the end, I decided to add a disclaimer that this mod makes mountain tunnels useless
