Description

Made in less than a couple of minutes and you probably won't notice it anyway, this adds an illumination effect to Bill's cigarette.

I know Tricky's Cherry Cig Glow exists, but that one modifies the entire head texture so it's a bit incompatible with retextures itself.

FEATURES

Glow effect uses a separate texture mask so that it would be compatible with most Bill reskins.
Burnt falling particles also glow
Head texture is completely default and unmodified

OTHER NOTES
Compatible with reskins as long as bill_head.vmt isn't modified in any way.
