The CK3 Human Phenotype Project is a mod aimed at making the appearences of characters more realistic and diverse by replicating various phenotypes found on the website humanphenotypes.net and assigning them to in-game cultures. This mod also ensures that hairstyles and beards are set by culture rather than ethnicity. A whopping 77 ethnicities have been added into the game, making character more varied and vierse in appearences, with people looking like their supposed geographic origins.

If you love physical anthrophology, or just want characters to have more regionally varied looks, this is the mod for you!

You have to start a new Game!
Also, the mod needs no compatch for the Community Flavour Pack. The two are completely compatible. Clothing Tweaks too.

With that being said tho, I did create an HPP-EPE compatibility patch, because EPE does more than just adding new ethnicities: it also add new clothes and hairstyles and whatnot, and my compatch integrates them into HPP.

EPE's goal is to expand upon the vanilla ethnicities with a focus on creating good-looking characters - HPP's completely replace the vanilla ethnicities altogether and be as scientifically accurate as possible.

"What would you say the difference in design philosophy is?"
I - the creator of HPP - spoke with the creator of EPE about it. Our design philosophies are completely different.
HPP is intended to replicate the various human phenotypes seen on humanphenotypes.net , having one "ethnicity" for each phenotype. It's a scientific approach - we create a character in the ruler designer, and then convert it into an ethnicity template. The ranges for facial features remain about as broad as in the vanilla game, so each phenotype itself remains somewhat diverse.
In contrast, EPE is made by creating around 200 attractive characters for each culture, and converting them into ethnicity templates with very narrow ranges. Their intention is to make them look good, not to make them scientifically accurate

I've used both in the past. HPP, I feel does create a greater distinction between realistic appearances of cultures however, within those cultures there does appear to be less individual distinctions. Between less "individualism", HPP's lack of compatibility with other mods and the other benefits that it adds, I now stick with EPE. If you are a light mod user, then HPP is very intriguing and does some cool things that Vanilla does not give you.

Where are you guys getting best results in load order. Right now I have it pretty far down after anything that may edit characters or ethnicities.
