Updated with "blade" parse, and different damage system

I see this uses "propeller_" but thats REALLY close to Boat Parts that has "_propeller" in its subtype ID. If Stonelord adds some more propellers your mod might accidentally buff boat props. You may want to switch to contains "blade" as that is more unique to Takeshi's mod.
