How to replace savegames

Deactivate Steam cloud saving
Run the game once. This step is needed because the game will create local configuration files, and, since we disabled Steam Cloud Saving, these files won't be created on Steam's folder.
Press WinKey+R. This will open the Run prompt.
Type "%appdata%". And click OK.
Now on Appdata folder, go to "LocalRow" folder. You might need to press "Alt+↑" to access this folder.
On LocalRow folder, open RedCandleGames folder
Unzip the contents of the desired savegame on that folder, overwriting files.
Open the game.

"What made you think this would work?" achievement

Dial 119 or 110 with the phone.

Download and install this savegame[www.4shared.com] following instructions of the last section.
Start the game, and continue.
Go to your right and enter the door
Cross this place and enter the door on the other side
You are now in a big corridor.
Enter the first door.
Look and the telephone on the desk
Take the phone and dial 110 or 119.
Earn achievement.

"Collector" and ending achievements

Download and install this savegame[www.4shared.com] following instructions of the last section.
Start the game, and continue.
Now you see the your self.
Talk to the "ghost". Remember that accordingly to your answers, you get the good or the bad ending. The answers to the good ending are, in order: losing myself, to escape, take hold of your destiny and try to take them back. If you answer anything different, you get the bad ending.
Play the game and you get this achievement after you watch your dad playing the piano, and take the note that will appear on a chair after this scene.

I didn't test, but I suppose you can also get the Outstanding observer (Find more than 90% of all observation points) with this savegame..

The way you worded the guide, I wasn't sure if the save files would work for me as I didn't disable cloud save till after my first playthrough (when I found this guide).

But it all worked great for me, even got the Outstanding Observer achievement. Just had to click on a locked door on the second floor of the school, near the start of the second save.

Fantastic game, but would've been annoying having to replay just because I'd missed like two items.

You can get the Outstanding Observer achievement by loading up the first save file and select Chapter 4. After you return to the school, go up the stairs to second floor and check the locked washroom.
