B. Left side of stairs leading up to Double Tap
C. In front of Double Tap, on sand bags

Complete the Fly Trap Easter Egg quest by shooting 1 Teddy Bear in a cage in Animal Testing, 1 Teddy Bear in a window, up high, on the Animal Testing building, window will be on fire and by shooting the monkey bomb in the furnace.

Turn all valves in teleporter Z-B until they are all spewing water and steam.
Interact with blinking teleporter Z-B and teleport.

Once you get teleported back, part #3 will be at spawn, where the drops usually get teleported after you use a teleporter.
