[WOTC] Poisonous Lost

Description
OVERVIEW
This mod adds a chance to poison on hit to all melee attacks from The Lost (25% by default).

COMPATIBILITY
This mod should be compatible with pretty much everything and can be added mid campaign.

COMPANION MODS
I recommend the following mods to make The Lost more challenging:

CONFIGURATION
The configuration file should be in the following location:
<Your Steam Install> \steamapps\workshop\content\268500\2274830690\Config\XComPoisonousLost.ini

You can configure the chance to poison on hit.

It's a great mod but it seems it has an incompatibility with World War L in that resurrected Lost appear invisible.

This is a pretty good mod to make the Lost more dangerous than they are by default. I personally bumped their chance for inflicting poison by quite a bit. And while they are still target practice for missions, it's now more essential than ever that I have my soldiers avoid being hit to avoid the DoT and an aim debuff.

Can You expand this mod that a hit from a lost sends the XCOM-Member to unconscious?

That's actually kinda weird/funny. I've only seen invisible zombies when the WWL lost kill a purifier and they explode. The purifier, despite having their body obliterated, becomes a invisible zombie. But in your case, their body would still be visible. However, I know one of the Alien Side Goal enemies was meant to generate zombies and they appear invisible at times.

That is Xcom for you! Advent is thinking next-gen lol 😆

I noticed a small incompatibility with WWL. If the Lost kill a unit and roll the 25% to poison on the hit that kills the unit the new poisoned zombie is invisible. You can still target and kill it but visually it only shows up when an action cam animation plays. Not a huge problem, but it can be disconcerting.

@DragonKingAbashi no, this mod adds the vanilla poison effect. To do that I would need to create a separate kind of poison.

Just out of curiosity, if a lost from the WWL mod kills you with poison, would it convert you to a zombie?
