yes, it does matter. there are 2 different scenes that you need to get for 100% completion when fighting the monster at the south, each one from the perspective of the other girl (since what you choose at that point determines which girl goes south and which one goes east)

it's literally in the achievements as "Get the bad ending after going South"

does it realy matters with load 7 east or south the ending is the same
