Remove usb headsets , usb flash drives , and restart apex ,its working , u might need to remove your USB keyboard or USB mouse ,try it, ITS WORKING 100% ,its ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ usb problem dude

I was able to fix by removing a usb flash drive... It may sound dumb, but maybe that will help you.

How about checking if you have the Recommended settings OR use steam instead of Origin cause steam seems to install it faster and it seem it fixed a few glitches like just starting the game
