Renovated Roman Cities

Description
Are you tired to death seeing how dull Western & Eastern Roman cities are compared to their predecessor from Rome 2? Then this is the mod to make those cities vibrant again while still maintain some 'decline' vibe for immersion.

This is a simple mod that retextures buildings for Western and Eastern Roman culture, using some assets from Rome 2 and within Attila itself. Western Roman cities are less woody and more plaster.
While ERE are now recolored in some parts (roof tiles, archs, brighter stones) since their building texture are already good.
This also affects factions that are part of Roman culture as well (The Last Roman & Age of Charlemagne factions)

Compatibility
It is compatible with every other mods as far as I know.

Recommendation
I also recommend you to check out this mod below for more immersive experience.

@Ġedryht of Wōden Justinian wasnt threatened by any barbarian group he was trying to take back The Western half of the Empire and while he may have been screwed over by plagues and infighting he mostly succeeded

The developers just presumed that the Late Roman Empire looked declined but it didn't. It's odd because they did an entire DLC based on the event which destroyed Roman civilisation in the West (age of Justinian) but don't seem to realise it was Justinian that destroyed Western civilisation, not the "barbarians". The ancient Roman senate, aquaducts, bathhouses etc were still in use even after the Goths conquered Italy.
Curse Justinian who probably felt threatened by Italia's claim to a truer Roman identity.

I think it is possible but not easy. The MK1212 team are trying to do this with their mod I believe to give a more medieval building look.

From MK1212 FAQ
12) Why are there no medieval buildings yet?

Our efforts so far have been focused on designing the campaign and fleshing out unit rosters. Once these tasks are done, the focus will shift to battle maps and campaign map settlement models.

13) Can the campaign map be modified to add new regions? And why are some regions not in the right place?

As there are no official campaign map modding tools aside from Terry (which mostly does cosmetic changes), campaign map editing is next to impossible until methods of doing so are discovered.

We are aware of the upcoming Rise of Mordor's campaign editing tool; but we can assess and formulate a plan based on its capabilities only when it has been released/we are able to get our hands on it.

Going to jump in here for Theodomar @Killinspecialist / @Karian Axeman: Modding the battle map has certain limitations, and your request is unfortunately not possible with the given resources the modding community has to work with. Mods like mine and Theodomar are possible because we have ROME II assets to work with to "patch" Attila with, but changing individual buildings on the battlemap is not possible with the toolset we have.
