In order to get the "All Charged Up" achievement you need to get at least all the batteries except 1.

Aka.

Cheevo == All Batteries Collected - 1 Battery not Collected.

For those who did the right thing, you will need to do a New Game and screw over everyone when a Battery is involved. This means you are still allowed:

You can afford to lend half your crew to the dance crew
And you can afford to help out the Teenage Mutant Ninja Dung Beetles.
