This guide contains all the solutions to the various Academy puzzles in Infinity Wars.

Introduction
This guide will show you how to complete almost every Academy level (I will not include BASIC levels except for the trial). Please note that Academy has been made to make you learn some advanced tecniques of this awesome game, so you should only use these videos if you're really having troubles finishing the levels and not as an easy way to finish all the levels.

Ok, now let's get started!
BASIC
Trial


This level is quite simple:
  • Put your CONSCRIPTED MILITIAS in your assault zone putting the damaged militia in the last place of the queue
  • Put your SOLDIER OF FORTUNE in the defense zone
  • Use LIGHTNING BLAST on DEFENSE GOLEM
INTERMEDIATE
Activated Abilities


  • Use ALETA's ability to heal your ONE OF MANY
  • Put the ONE OF MANY in your hand on the support zone, then END TURN
  • Continue to use ALETA's ability to block enemies attack and use your others units to attack.



Locations


  • Use UNTAPPED WILDERNESS and pass the turn.
  • Use SKAAR to attack or in general every creature you have.
  • Make sure to destroy enemy's location using RIFT OF THE OLD WORLD to speed up things.
  • And block some of your enemy's attacks if you wish so.



Artifacts



  • Use ANCIENT EGG and pass the turn.
  • Put ONE OF MANY in your support zone and pass the turn.
  • You can win in a lot of ways. I like to summon RAKARL first
  • Continue to attack and defend. Destroy ABERION'S BANNER with VANDALIZE to speed up things



Initiative



  • Put the three INVINCIBLE DEFENDER in the assault zone.
  • Use DAODE'S PROTECTION or DAODE's ability and pass the turn.
  • Attack with one INVINCIBLE DEFENDER and DAODE.
  • Put the other unities in the support zone.
  • Use both your FIERY RESOLVE on your attacking characters and pass the turn.



Trial


Please note that this time the cards you and your AI opponent have (your hand) are different everytime you play. But the scheme the AI follows is always the same:
  • TURN 1: nothing
  • TURN 2: it will use LIGHTNING BLAST on one of your unit (probably a FLAME DAWN FOOTMAN)
  • TURN 3 and 4: it will summon a VERORE DEATH WORSHIPPER.
  • TURN 5: it will use ANNIHILATE on your strongest unity. Make sure to use FIERY RESOLVE on it if you have it.
  • TURN 6: it will use MASS DEATH. Put all your unities in the support zone, except the ones protected by FIERY RESOLVE
  • TURN 7: It will use another MASS DEATH if it has it or the location card VERORIA, THE LONE KEEP. I suggest to follow the same advices as the previous step.
  • TURN 8: Destroy VERORIA, THE LONE KEEP if needed using RIFT OF THE OLD WORLD. Attack with everything. Your opponent will start attacking and will also use some abilities like DEATH RAY on your stronghest character. BEWARE

  • If you fail, just try again.
ADVANCED
Buffs & Debuffs


  • Use on DEMONIC CORRUPTION on BAD-BOT
  • Attack with both UNENDING DRONE and SOLDIER OF FORTUNE then END TURN
  • Put your UNENDING DRONE in the defense zone
  • Use LIGHTNING BLAST on AIRBORNE SCIENTIST
  • Use DEFLECT on GENESIS CONSTRUCT, then end turn.



Bluffing Games


  • Use MASS DEATH, then END TURN
  • Summon VERORE KIDNAPPER and use his ability on MAMMOTH, then END TURN.
  • Use DEATH RAY on HIDDEN BY CLOUDS.



Advanced Challenge 1


  • Use the two UNDEAD CORRUPTION on AIRBORNE SCIENTIST and SECLUDED CONSTRUCTOR
  • Use FEAR.
  • Use FEROCITY on VICIOUS RANSACKER. Pass the turn.
  • Put RANSACKER in the defense zone and pass the turn.
  • Use SECLUDED CONTRSTRUCTOR's ability to power up AIRBORNE SCIENTIST sacrifing CONVERTED PROTOTYPE
  • Put SECLUDED CONSTRUCTOR in the defense zone and AIRBORNE SCIENTIST in the assault zone.



Advanced Challenge 2

Oh boy... this is long :|
  • Use SECLUDED CONSTRUCTOR's ability to power up the SOLDIER OF FORTUNE in your support zone sacrifing DEFENSE GOLEM and put the character in the offense zone.
  • Swap the SOLDIER OF FORTUNE that you buffed attack/defense using SHIFTING STONE
  • Use WORD OF COMMAND (Defense) on your SOLDIER OF FORTUNE in the defense zone.
  • Use DISARM and then SHIFTING STONE on the FLAME RAM in enemy's offensive zone (the 82/90 one).



Trial


For this trial I chose a deck made almost of all GENESIS cards and just a few DOD ones.
Deck commanders:
  • UNENDING DRONE
  • WEALTHY NOBLE
  • INVINCIBLE DEFENDER

Main deck:
  • UNENDING DRONE x 16
  • WEALTHY NOBLE x 2 (I used 3 but there is no need to)
  • INVINCIBLE DEFENDER x 7
  • SECLUDED CONSTRUCTOR x 2
  • DEFENSE GOLEM x3
  • OVERLOADED SOLDIER x2
  • ANTI AIR MISSILE x 3
  • CANNON FIRE x 3
  • CLEANSE THE LAND x2 (x2 should be fine but feel free to add another one... and if you don't have this card, use RIFT TO THE OLD WORLD x2)
  • FIREBOLT x 3
  • ASSASSINATE x1 (add more if you wish, just remember that your max resources decreases by two. I would use this card just if really needed).

Strategy & Reason:
UNENDING DRONES are absolutely the best choice in this TRIAL for three main reasons:
  • They deal 2 dmg that is often enough to kill one enemy's character
  • Their special ability makes you have an infinite defense.
  • You only lose 1 morale when this character is killed

I added to the deck a few INVINCIBLE DEFENDER due the fact that they have Vigilance and sometimes you may not have enough not-exhausted drones and this card could save you.

All the ABILITY cards I have added are needed to take care of the following things:
  • AERIAL COMMANDO (with ANTI AIR MISSILE)
  • VICIOUS RANSACKER (with CANNON FIRE or FIREBOLT)
  • PYR, FORTRESS OF THE FLAME DAWN (with either CLEANSE THE LAND or RIFT TO THE OLD WORLD)

Last advice I can give you is not to fear to take some damage in the first turn and always make sure at the end of the turn you'll have enough UNENDING DRONEs to resurrect the ones in your graveyard.

The video I uploaded is one of the worst run I made (tried this deck 5 times) because I decided to defend with my WEALTHY NOBLEs. It is not necessary and mostly stupid because they will make you lose a lot of morale and won't do any damage to your enemies. I tried to always make stupid mistakes like that one so that I was quite sure that the deck was working well. If I was able to do it even after losing 30 morale or something like that in a stupid way you should not have any problem.

P.S. to be sincere I chose that run because it was nice that I ended up defeating the AI in both fortress damage and morale; still it was a really bad run.

nice game, well balanced and it is not a p2w i advice all players that like trading card online games to play it
only disvantage that actually there are some bugs but still a beta

For the final challenge I used the free weekly 'Path to Flame' deck. Just let the enemy rush your fortress while you rush his:

Attacked with 5/4 guy turn1, then 6/2 growing guy turn2, deploy'd two archers or the 7/7 two drop and flame dawn commando to kill their 5/4 on turn3, returned/stumpled their 8/8 to their support zone and deployed flame dart centurion on turn4 and finally on turn 5 used burning prejudice on one of their 4/2's (alternative: just play your commander 'Rakarl').
I realize you may draw differently, but it worked two times in a row for me (basically you just need to draw flame dart centurion) and it still might work with other drops as well (like other normal minions instead of those I got on turn 3).

The Beginner Section seems to have been moved to the tutorial tab (or at least in my case) and I have completed all the challenges except for the Basic Trial. Does anyone know how I can trigger the Basic trial throught the tutorial tab or am I just doing something wrong?
