High School Gym Hall 1

This is my very first completed asset and I learned a lot in the process, but it isn't perfect yet. The asset is based on a real-life building in The Netherlands and serves as an educational building, since high school students follow the course Physical Education in the building. In reality, the interior consists of three sections with a total capacity of roughly 100 students. The building is part of a city I'm building and I chose this one to start with because it was relatively easy to model.

In the future I will add more screenshots. If you happen to find bugs or experience problems with this asset, please let me know. Version without sign:
