VISAGE Night-Vision Upgrade

Description
This mod simply adds the night-vision capability to the VISAGE artifact. In addition to this, it also adds the ability to activate (or deactivate) the artifact as you would any activable item.

Please note that this mod will not effect already found/crafted VISAGE devices and will only apply to newly created/spawned/found ones.
