Instant Gold Biome Pickup

Adds a pickup in place of the gold that gives you 258k, allowing you to skip waiting around.

The gold pickup always generates, even in parallel worlds, and this should save you a lot of time when doing lategame.

It's located atop a diamond brick bird nearby the lower-middle of the room.


Notes:
This is not giving you the greed perk I just stole the sprite.
Greed and Cursed Greed do not effect gold dust so you will not miss out on any money.
May require a new game.
Works in both gold biomes (one left of hell essence room and one diagonal left of earth essence)


Note on Fungal Shift:
There is a very very very small chance that fungal shift will replace gold powder, in that sense, you will be cheating with this mod, however, if you want to explore the area with the replaced material, please un-load the mod before generating the area and restart.
