Introduction
In Iron Conflict, players choose from several different unit types to create formations. Each unit type has its own special characteristics, strengths, and weaknesses. By combining different types of units together, players can create well-rounded formations with units that complement one another effectively. They must also coordinate with their teammates to ensure that the team as a whole is able to deal with the challenges they face on the battlefield.

In this overview, we’ll be looking at the different types of tanks, and where their strengths and weaknesses lie.

Tanks feature the highest Defense of all the unit types, and make up the core of any ground force. They have good Mobility and Firepower, but their vision is weak. Other types of units, especially those well-suited to reconnaissance, will be their eyes on the battlefield.
Light Tanks
Firepower: ★★
Defense: ★★★
Mobility: ★★★☆
Ground Visual Range: ★★★☆
Air Visual Range: ★★★☆
Concealment: ★★★★

Summary:

1. Use the speed and armor of light tanks to your advantage to explore areas dangerous areas with few obstructions for enemies to hide behind. This will give you a good idea of the battle situation without exposing yourself too heavily.

2. On flat terrain with few obstructions, use your light tanks to flank the enemy. Attack their artillery, anti-aircraft, and missile vehicles, as well as their other lightly-armored support units, to severely hamper their strategic capabilities.

3. Light tanks are also effective at protecting your own team’s ranged support units from enemy sneak attacks.
Medium Tanks
Firepower: ★★★
Defense: ★★★★
Mobility: ★★★
Ground Visual Range: ★★★
Air Visual Range: ★★★
Concealment: ★★★

Summary:

1. Medium tanks are well-rounded ground units that excel at the front lines alongside heavy tanks.

2. Medium tanks can also be used alongside light tanks to attack the enemy’s rear units or to attack enemy heavy tanks along with the other units in your formation.

3. When your team lacks recon units, medium tanks can help serve that role in a pinch. They can also provide firepower when your team doesn’t have any heavy tanks available.

In quick assault operations, the firepower and mobility of a medium tank can be indispensable.
Heavy Tanks
Firepower: ★★★★
Defense: ★★★★★
Mobility: ★★
Ground Visual Range: ★☆
Air Visual Range: ★☆
Concealment: ★★☆

Summary:

1.Heavy tanks bulky units with lots of Defense and Firepower. However, their cannons take a long time to reload.

2.Heavy tanks move and maneuver slowly, and are vulnerable to the enemy’s long-range support units such as artillery and missile launchers. It is recommended to use heavy tanks in areas where buildings and terrain can provide them cover.

3.Heavy tanks can be used in head-to-head combat at the front lines as well as to guard important choke points.
Conclusion
When using tanks, it is especially important to be wary of enemy artillery, anti-tank cannons, surface-to-surface missiles, and air-to-surface missiles, as these types of threats can be fatal.
