Nice puzzle! I quite like how the first layer of the "double sacrifice" is a bit subtle since it's more about portal preservation than about a direct connection involving the cube

Nice! Thought I wasn't going to get it...then saw one thing that would let me move forward...then another...then thought I can't be about to solve it--but I was.
