Description
"I hate being seen in urban environments... and forgetting my vest."

This is an urban reimagining of Theuaredead`'s "arby26's "NOOO, MY VEST" Francis" workshop submission back in 2017, albeit with new urban camo jeans and a cleaner tank top.

@Pyri I'm actually just about to upload a Urban Zoey with that hair style + a tank top. Perhaps I can do a Urban Camo jacket later.
